GoDoctor is a reputable private application service provider committed to offering health-related Software.
GoDoctor maintains a high level of security awareness. One of GoDoctor’s top responsibilities is to take reasonable steps to maintain data security and adherence to all HIPAA standards. The GoDoctor Security Policy takes into account access, integrity, availability, ownership, authorization, dependability, authentication, and confidentiality. Unfortunately, the security of any information you disclose to us cannot be guaranteed over the Internet, and we cannot promise or promise the security of any information you send to us.
GoDoctor adheres to its strict security policy by employing the following safeguards:
1. Role-based application
Users with differing levels of power within a provider practice are granted differing degrees of access via GoDoctor.
2. Encryption
SSL AES 256-bit encryption is used to encrypt all communication between you and the GoDoctor server. This is the greatest degree of encryption that is currently commercially available.
3. Data Security
GoDoctor takes precautions to keep your information safe on our servers and at our data centre. Both physically and technologically, our data centre is protected. Our servers are protected from the Internet by a firewall, which is a hardware and software mechanism that prevents unauthorised users from accessing them.
4. Trustworthiness
Your data is kept private and confidential by GoDoctor’s internal rules. Except as mentioned in our Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your information with any third parties. Only you have access to your information.
5. Username and password for logging in
A login ID and password that you choose manage access to your account. Unauthorized users can’t access data because of strict login ID and password constraints. We don’t save a plain text version of your password on our servers. Your password is kept using a one-way hash key and confirmed using the same one-way hash each time you log in, so no one at GoDoctor knows what password you picked. If you forget your password, we use an email verification check to require you to pick a new one.
6. Log out automatically
GoDoctor keeps you from keeping your account open on a computer browser screen by default. If you are signed into GoDoctor but have not actively utilised the service for a specific length of time, the GoDoctor service will end your “session.” This stops others from gaining access to your account if you fail to log out after a session.
7. Digital Certificates
DigiCert Inc., a reputable Secure Server Certification Authority, granted GoDoctor with a digital certificate. This ensures that you are linked to a GoDoctor-operated site or application and that you are verified as such.
8. Protecting Sensitive Information
All of your health information is handled by GoDoctor in a secure and private manner. We ask that you adhere to your provider’s policy on the sharing of sensitive information in their office.
9. Data Reliability
GoDoctor uses goods and technology to assist ensure that data is available and that site access is uninterrupted.

11. Firewall
On our servers and in our data centre, we take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe. Both physically and technologically, our data centre is protected. Our servers are protected behind the Internet by a firewall mechanism that prevents unauthorised users from accessing them.
12. What can I do to safeguard my personal information?
You may secure your privacy when using GoDoctor by doing the following:
Never give out your sign-in name or password to anybody else.
When you’ve done using the service, always sign out.
Make a strong password including upper and lower case characters, as well as numerals.
On any computers that you use to access the GoDoctor service, instal and maintain anti-virus software and a firewall.
